Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to allow for medical records preparation and processing.

Drop-Offs

We offer a convenient day-of hospitalization service at no additional charge. This allows pets to be examined and evaluated without their owner having to take time out of a busy work or family day.

Medical Records

It is important for your veterinarian to be aware of your pet's medical/surgical history, reactions to medications, and any other pertinent history.  Please request medical records - including doctor's notes and laboratory reports - so we may better provide for your pet's healthcare needs.

Records may be faxed to $pfax, or mailed.

Payment

Payment is due at the time services are rendered. Upon request, we are able to provide detailed written estimates for treatment plans, surgeries, and routine wellness care.  We accept a variety of payment options, including cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, CareCredit, and ScratchPay.
